青青合唱團由何素青女士在西元2000年成立，至今已20餘年。在團長及老師的帶領下結合一群愛唱歌的團員置身公益、關懷弱勢、服務社會，練唱之餘利用假日到醫院安寧病房、養老院、育幼院等獻唱，透過歌聲撫慰人心，用滿滿的愛來祝福病人、家屬及所有聽眾，足跡遍及全台，並拓展到海外：包含日本、馬來西亞、新加坡等國，展現了「音樂無國界，音樂是世界共通語言」的迷人特色。 團員們有如同兄弟姐被般的情誼，不僅僅是一個合唱團，更像是一個大家庭，期望透過各個表演場合，將溫暖歌聲無私地傳送到每個需要關懷的角落，共同圓一個「愛」的夢。
